Orders may be placed online, by e-mail, fax or post. In all cases, acceptable orders should include the following information:
- Purchase Order Number
- Shipping address (street address, no PO BOX)
- Invoicing address
- EU members: VAT number (or VAT exemption certificate)
- Quotation reference number (if applicable)
- Ordered product information (sequence, quantity, modifications, purification, etc.)

Sample Submission Forms
Some services require that you send us your sample(s) (DNA, membrane, protein…). Please refer to the corresponding service section for sample requirements.
It is essential that you fully and precisely describe the content of your sample.
To that end you may download the appropriate form below. Once on your hard drive, you will need to print the form and fill out with most accurate information. Please include the form along with a copy of your purchase order and your sample in the package.
Alternatively, you may use your own letterhead for sample description.
